43rd Reunion Reply Form

Dear Classmates,

Spring 2006 has arrived. And, we hope that you've been looking forward to the arrival of this letter containing further details about the upcoming informal "class reunion"! The committee has enjoyed our meetings and getting the plans off the ground. Now it's up to you to support the event. Please respond ... even if you can't come this year.

As was planned, this is a weekend event.

Festivities begin on Friday evening, July 28th, with an informal social gathering at the family beach home of Susan (Rollins) Pearson which is located at 53 Bayberry Road, Bonnet Shores, Narragansett, RI. Come with your spouse, a friend or alone ... but please come! Re-connect with friends and acquaintances from your high school days. Come anytime between 7 P.M. and 11 P.M. and stay for as long as you wish. (Stay 1 or 2 or 3 hours ... or all 4. Do what suits your schedule and/or your fancy.) Dress is casual. If the weather is nice, you may wish to meander down to the beach. We hope to gather in the yard, weather permitting so, if possible, bring your lawn chair. Oh, and, if you are flying in for this reunion, we will have chairs to share. Soft drinks and munchies will be provided but this is also a BYOB affair and feel free to bring some additional munchies to share.

Festivities continue on Saturday afternoon, July 29th, with a clambake at the community building in "Old Buttonwoods" in Warwick. Come around 4 P.M. and plan to spend a few hours of fun and eating. Again, renew friendships, share stories, walk down Memory Lane, dream a little and have just a good "ole" time. Dress is casual. The cost is $60.00 per person which includes the bake, soft drinks, required paper products, all taxes and gratuity. For those who do not eat lobster, other choices include, chicken, steak or a vegetarian entree.

We are looking forward to having this clambake catered by "The Company Picnic-Tucker and Casey Caterers" of North Kingstown, RI.

Minutes of all planning meetings, committee members and the various reunion activities have been posted on the class website: www.canespats63.org for your review.
